Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING

  • Most orders ship within 1-5 business days of being placed
  • The shipping time selected at checkout does not include fulfillment time
  • All orders will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order is shipped
  • Approximate transit time for domestic orders: 2-7 business days 
  • On very few occasions, orders sometimes are shipped separately. 

General Information 
All orders are subject to verification and quality controls prior to shipment.
Exhemplary Life is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond our control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of God, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country. 
  
Correct Address? 
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you. 
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will attempt to update your delivery address if your item has not been dispatched.

International Shipping  
International shipping is currently not available for CBD products but permitted for our Hemp Straws and clothing. Delivery times vary from country to country. Exhemplary Life is NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by border government or customs agents. For more details, please contact your local customs office. 
Please note that by law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents - no exceptions are made. We take no responsibility if your order is seized by customs or gets lost during international transit. Please be familiar with your country's laws prior to placing the order. 

International Duty and Tax                                      
Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. Exhemplary Life is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If these charges are billed to Exhemplary Life by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice. Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address. 

Public/Shared Addresses 
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and we will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario. We suggest you contact your local office of delivery company (UPS, USPS, etc) if the package is lost. They will ask for your Tracking number which we send to you in an email once the order is shipped.  

RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If it has been used, partial refund will be given. Please contact us so we can discuss the issue.

 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact ExHemplary Life for return instructions and confirmation.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
 
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales.exhemplarylife@gmail.com.
 
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales.exhemplarylife@gmail.com and send your item to:PO Box 163, Glenshaw Pennsylvania US 15116.
 
SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
